snippet - Shepard Fairey - yadda yadda

Hopefully going to see his exhibit at the I.C.A. this weekend. You can expect to see photos of that soon. The first time I ever saw one of Shepard Fairey's infamous Andre the Giant stickers was when I was a sophomore in college, which was about 15 years ago. A friend had told me that all you had to do was write to him, and dude would send you a bunch of Andre stickers for you to put up wherever. I never did it, but I had friends who did. I did, however, enjoy playing "Where's Andre?" with my best friend, where we would try to spot and track all the Andres we encountered while walking around the East Village and Union Square. Ahhhh, memories....
